Lufia The Ruins of Lore is a role-playing game (RPG) released for the Game Boy Advance (GBA) in 2002. Developed by Atelier Double and published by Atlus in North America, it serves as a side story (gaiden) to the main Lufia series, set 20 years after the events of Lufia II: Rise of the Sinistrals.
Key Features
- Combat System: Unlike many traditional RPGs of the era, enemies are visible on the dungeon map, and battles are triggered only upon contact. The combat itself remains classic turn-based.

Story Overview
The plot follows a young adventurer named Eldin and his friends, Torma and Rami, who set out to become "Hunters"—licensed treasure seekers. Their journey escalates when the militaristic Kingdom of Gratze, led by a mysterious man named Ragule, begins searching for "The Beast," a legendary monster capable of world conquest.
